Meet Our Team
When I was 17 years old I remember my step-father telling me “James, you should just go find yourself a sales job. I swear you can sell anything!” I remember being pissed off that he thought I’d have to settle for a sales job, because he didn’t have faith I could get a “real job”.
Fast forward 15 years and my step-father was correct. My calling was sales, and I’m glad I never found that “real job” I thought I wanted. Over the past five years I’ve sold over $2 million dollars worth of B2B marketing services and have sold two companies that were both 100% bootstrapped.
I discovered through my career there’s a major lack of quality sales companies when it comes to cold prospecting and lead-generation that also have a passion for providing true actionable B2B sales content.
Our mission at AgencyFlare is to make sure you directly feel the impact of our outbound sales services and content first hand in your prospecting pipeline and your company’s bottom line.
I have been a Work-from-Home Mom with three little kids for 5 years, so my multitasking skills are off the charts. I started as a freelance Content Writer and have hustled my way to Content Director through my high standard of work and reliability. I help brands keep their information fresh, informative and appealing.
On my down time I like to binge watch The Office or Star Wars with my husband, and can often be seen driving my Mini-Van through a Starbucks drive-thru.

With almost a decade of experience in sales & business development specializing in B2B selling, I accelerate clients’ revenue by identifying, profiling, nurturing and connecting with the right decision makers within their targeted prospect accounts.
I develop processes that allow our clients to start having meaningful conversations. As the strategic leader of AgencyFlare’s internal sales initiatives, I implement and execute sales, generate demand, and empower clients to close business.
Outside the office, I enjoy working on my snooker game, traveling, hiking and reading random stuff online!
Simone Faheman Williams

Simone Faheman Williams is a certified BPO Specialty Trainer in her country of Belize. She has well over 15 years experience in her field and has assisted with establishing many call centers, and managing various campaigns nation wide.
The key to her success has always been to learn quickly and to then reach a higher personal and professional standard by seeking additional responsibilities within her expertise. One of the main purposes in her professional approach is to help the company’s growth with her extensive problem-solving experience, analyzing business complexity and how the company’s support team works, helping to manage it the best possible way by perfecting company’s protocol.
She uses her spare time working in her community, securing food and distributing to those in need, while co managing a youth group targeting teens at risk of joining gangs. She lives in the community and actively tries to build better mindsets through her council.

Growing up in the tropics (Belize) is the best part of who I am. I have grown to cherish the little things in life that may seem unnoticeable to some. I started my professional career in the BPO industry where I spent 5+ years doing customer service and market research which I am forever grateful for since that is what led me to AgencyFlare. I have always enjoyed being engaged with people both in person and over the phone. Working in the Service Industry has allowed me to bring out my people skills and friendly personality.
My passion is to one day be able to share my knowledge to others and become a trainer in my expertise, as I enjoy communicating in large crowds and in front of an audience.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time in the Mountains where I can lose my mind and find my soul. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends whether it be singing to Karaoke, dancing to the beat of the music or taking wild adventures.
